Let’s Go! Just the Basic Stuff

Here is a quick-start tutorial. If you follow these steps, you can get up and running now, and read the rest of this documentation later. Leave everything at default values, except for the settings below.

Racing Wheel

Wheel Force

Set this to your wheel’s physical maximum torque.

Here is a handy table – Wheel Force Settings.

Max Force

Set the Max Force according to the car you are driving. Here’s another handy table –

NASCAR Cup Series (Next Gen)~28-35 Nm
IndyCar (IR-18)~30-60 Nm
Mazda MX-5 Cup~18-22 Nm
Supercars (V8)~22-28 Nm
GT3 (Ferrari, Porsche, BMW, etc.)~8-14 Nm
GT4~12-18 Nm
GTP / LMDh~10-16 Nm
Formula 3~14-20 Nm
Formula Vee~16-22 Nm
Street Stock~18-25 Nm

Note that choosing a higher steering wheel ratio in the car setup typically means lower steering wheel torque.

Wet road conditions also mean lower steering wheel torque.

Algorithm

Select –

  • Detail Booster On 60 Hz: if you want to boost details (feel more road)
  • Delta Limiter On 60 Hz: if you prefer a smoother driving experience.

Pedals

If you have Simagic pedal haptic (HPR) devices on your pedals, then you should enable pedal haptics by ticking the first checkbox on the Pedals page.

Don’t forget to turn pedal vibrations off in other apps (iRacing, SimPro, SimHub, etc.)

That’s it! You’re ready to go!
